Working as an Inventory Clerk, you will support the inventory control process by reviewing pre-weigh orders, communicating and reporting product shortages, and preparing product returns. You will also be responsible for performing accurate product cycle counts, conducting inventory transfers, and assisting in the investigation of inventory discrepancies. Teamwork is an essential component of this position, as you will collaborate with other departments such as shipping and receiving, contribute to warehouse organization, and participate in employee training initiatives. As an Inventory Clerk, you are expected to be proficient in the use of RF scanners and ERP systems, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry tasks. Stand-up forklift operation experience is required, and you should be open to training on a cherry picker. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English, are necessary to facilitate coordination with team members and management. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with at least one year of recent experience in inventory, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or similar environments.
