Interventional Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) - Summary- Operates advanced imaging equipment in support of interventional radiology procedures
- Ensures patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborates with physicians and healthcare staff to optimize procedural outcomes
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization within the clinical environment
- Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures, including verifying identity and obtaining informed consent
- Position patients and operate radiologic equipment to capture precise images as required by the protocol
