The Interventional Radiologist (IR) will be responsible for managing a high volume of cases, with an expected workload of approximately 60 Relative Value Units (RVUs) per shift. The role involves performing all modalities of interventional radiology procedures and reading diagnostic images between procedures. The hospital uses advanced electronic medical records systems, including RPCE Teach Stack and Powerscribe 4.0, to ensure seamless workflow and accurate documentation. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite during standard weekday hours, with no on-call requirements, which provides a balanced work-life experience while maintaining a focus on patient care excellence.
This position is open for immediate start as soon as credentialing is completed, with ongoing shift availability throughout the year. Duties & Responsibilities

- Interpret diagnostic radiology studies between procedures
- Manage a daily caseload with an expectation of 60 RVUs per shift
- Document all procedures and findings accurately using RPCE Teach Stack and Powerscribe 4.0 EMR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver patient care plans
- Participate in continuous quality improvement and safety initiatives
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited residency and fellowship in Interventional Radiology
- Board Certification in Interventional Radiology (BC IR) required
- Active state medical license
- Experience using RPCE Teach Stack and Powerscribe 4.0 preferred
- Strong clinical judgement and procedural skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to complete credentialing within 60-90 days
