The Interventional Cardiologist (MD, DO) position is structured as a full-time, employed opportunity. The role includes a manageable call schedule of ten days per month, with the option to take additional paid call shifts for those interested. Experience with transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) and cardiac device implantation is preferred and will be highly regarded in the selection process. Physicians requiring J-1 visa support will find that Palm Health provides comprehensive assistance throughout the credentialing process, ensuring a smooth transition into practice.

Compensation for the Interventional Cardiologist (MD, DO) role is highly competitive, aligned with or exceeding MGMA median benchmarks. Physicians can further increase their earnings through a wRVU-based production incentive model.
