Internal Medicine Physician (MD, DO) - Summary- Full-time, permanent position in a rural health clinic setting.
- Provide comprehensive internal medicine care to adult patients.

- Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans using evidence-based internal medicine practices.

- Collaborate closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to promote wellness and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Participate in a 1:16 call rotation, responding to patient inquiries via phone as needed.

- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required.
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine required.
- Licensed to practice medicine in Oregon or actively in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Experienced in outpatient internal medicine, preferably in a rural or community health setting.
- Comfortable managing a diverse caseload with varying levels of medical complexity.
