Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients, managing both acute and chronic conditions
- Utilize EHR for real-time documentation, note completion, and quality metric data capture during patient visits
- Deliver patient care aligned with value-based medicine, focusing on quality outcomes and performance improvement
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other clinicians and support staff
- Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with advances in internal medicine
- Demonstrate leadership in managing patient populations using health IT tools

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree required
- Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland
- Board Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) required
- Proficiency in EHR systems and computer literacy
- Demonstrated experience or interest in quality improvement and population health management
- Strong commitment to ethical patient care, teamwork, and continuous learning
- Ability to commute to or relocate to the Lutherville-Timonium, MD area as required
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for professional responsibilities
