As an Internal Medicine Physician, you will work alongside a respected team, including Hopkins-trained physicians, to deliver high-quality patient care using advanced primary care models and the latest health information technology. The Internal Medicine Physician will primarily work in-person, with some flexibility for virtual visits and remote tasks, and will manage a patient panel with an emphasis on comprehensive, quality-driven care. Candidates with a particular interest in weight management are encouraged to apply, though a commitment to general internal medicine is essential. The position is structured as part-time, with three to four half-day sessions per week, making it ideal for physicians seeking work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Internal Medicine Physician (MD, ABIM) - Summary- Part-time opportunity for a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician (MD, ABIM)
- Join an independent, award-winning internal medicine practice
- Work collaboratively with experienced, Hopkins-trained physicians
- Leverage advanced technology and team-based care models
- Provide comprehensive internal medicine care to a diverse adult patient population in a high-quality, patient-centered environment
- Utilize EHR systems for real-time documentation and efficient note completion during patient visits
- Capture quality metrics and use health IT tools to manage patient populations effectively
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes
- Manage 8 to 10 patient visits per session, ensuring thorough and compassionate care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance measurement activities
- Contribute to a positive team culture and ongoing practice development
- Optionally focus on areas of special interest, such as weight management, in addition to general internal medicine

- Medical Doctor (MD) degree and active state medical license
- ABIM Board Certification in Internal Medicine
- Strong computer literacy, including EHR proficiency
- Ability to document and complete notes in real time
