Internal Medicine Physician (IM Physician) Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Internal Medicine Physician (IM Physician) to join a physician-owned practice offering multiple employment opportunities across Pennsylvania. This full-time position is tailored for professionals who are passionate about providing comprehensive care to adult patients in an outpatient setting. As an Internal Medicine Physician, you will benefit from both the autonomy to manage your own practice and the support of a collaborative, physician-driven environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, outpatient care to patients ages 18 and older, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and management of adult diseases.
- Develop individualized care plans and coordinate treatment with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with medical standards and regulations.
- Participate in practice meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous professional development activities.
- Provide patient education regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Promote a positive patient experience through compassionate, attentive care and effective communication.
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and within a physician-owned group practice model.
