Integration Developer - Summary
- Design and implement system integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and external systems using .NET technologies.
- Support large-scale government projects, particularly those related to Medicaid and integrated eligibility systems.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the full lifecycle of integration development, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design integration architectures aligned with best practices and organizational needs.
- Build synchronous and asynchronous integrations leveraging web services (REST, SOAP), APIs, and file-based interfaces.
- Create, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and web services to maximize performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain SSIS packages for ETL processes, ensuring accurate data movement and transformation across systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Document integration processes, technical designs, and operational procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and system support.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with .NET and C# development.
- Proven expertise in developing and consuming REST APIs and web services.
- Strong experience with SQL Server, including query optimization, stored procedure development, and performance tuning.
- Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining SSIS packages for ETL processes.
- Prior experience supporting State Integrated Eligibility or Medicaid projects is highly desirable.
