Insurance Telemarketing Representative - Summary
- Engage with potential insurance clients who have requested information and transfer qualified leads to Agency Insurance Specialists.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound phone calls to prospective clients who have shown interest in insurance products.
- Build rapport and establish trust through friendly, professional, and informative conversations.
- Transfer interested and qualified prospects to Agency Insurance Specialists for further assistance.
- Meet or exceed daily call targets, typically making between 50-100 calls per day.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes in the agency’s management system.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on insurance products and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and deliver a high standard of client service.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Current Property and Casualty insurance license required.
- Life and Health insurance license required, or willingness to obtain as a condition of employment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients and build rapport over the phone.
- Demonstrated energy, motivation, and a positive attitude in a high-volume calling environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and information within the insurance field.
