Insurance Sales Agent (P&C and Life & Health) - Summary
- Full-time role focused on selling Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance products

Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain required state insurance licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health
- Drive new business growth using both inbound and outbound sales strategies
- Generate insurance quotes, follow up with leads, and close personal lines insurance policies
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients throughout the sales process
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with daily commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Cross-sell and upsell additional products to existing clients to strengthen relationships and increase retention
- Develop referral partnerships with professionals such as mortgage lenders and realtors
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new financial service opportunities with both current and prospective clients
- Leverage leads provided by the agency owner to maximize sales opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Insurance experience is preferred but not required; training and licensing support provided
- Prior sales experience or client-facing background is a plus
- Proven track record of dependability, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated, determined, and coachable attitude
- Required: General Lines Property and Casualty License (support provided to obtain if not yet licensed)
- Required: General Lines Life & Health License (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
