Responsibilities- Develop and grow a successful insurance agency by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with agency staff and leverage the guidance of a district manager or business coach.
- Utilize strong time-management and organizational skills to prioritize daily tasks and meet established sales goals.
- Promote and communicate the value of Farmers Insurance product offerings, including Property, Casualty, Life, Accident, and Health insurance products.
- Implement sales, marketing, and customer service strategies as provided by the district team and training program.
- Demonstrate effective leadership and management capabilities to guide agency staff and ensure operational efficiency.
- Actively participate in professional development and ongoing training to stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with the local community to build brand awareness and foster long-term client relationships.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or management is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team environment.

- Willingness to be actively involved in your community and represent Farmers Insurance with integrity.
- Current licenses in Property, Casualty, Life, Accident, and Health Insurance, or willingness to obtain these licenses as a condition of employment.
