Insurance Sales Representative (P&C, Life/Health) - Summary
- Full-time position focused on selling Property & Casualty and Life/Health insurance products
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new and existing clients
- Help individuals and families select insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
- Market appropriate insurance products and services to prospective and existing clients
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and attentive follow-up
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding coverage, eligibility, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing questions
- Support customers through the full insurance lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Achieve sales goals and contribute to the growth of the agency
- Collaborate with team members to strategize solutions that build customer confidence
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Florida 2-20 General Lines license (required)
- Active Florida 2-15 Resident Health & Life license (required)
- Previous experience in insurance sales preferred
- Bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese skills preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to customers from diverse backgrounds
- Sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
- Must be able to work in-office in Plant City, FL
