Insurance Sales Representative (P&C/L&H Licensed) - Summary- Full-time position specializing in insurance sales and customer relationship management
- Requires active Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license
- Based in Fairlawn, OH, with in-office responsibilities

- Develop and nurture leads to expand the agency’s customer base
- Schedule and conduct appointments with potential and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and present suitable insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and participate in ongoing training as needed
- Work one Saturday per month from 9AM to 1PM as part of regular work schedule
- Base salary with additional commission and bonus opportunities
- Paid time off, including 12 personal days annually
