Insurance Sales Representative (P&C, L&H Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate new leads through various channels, including outbound calls, networking, and referrals
- Schedule appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments to determine appropriate insurance products for clients
- Present, market, and sell a range of property & casualty and life & health insurance products
- Establish and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships, providing ongoing support and communication
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about coverage, policy changes, billing, claims, and eligibility
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas and contribute to overall team success
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on industry trends and products

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required (must be able to obtain if not already held)
- Life & Health insurance license preferred (must be able to obtain if not already held)
- Prior experience in insurance sales highly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to relate well to customers and build lasting relationships
- Experience in outside or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is a plus
- Successful completion of all applicable licensing requirements and training programs
