Insurance Sales Representative (P&C) - Summary- Deliver outstanding customer service and insurance solutions to clients
- Cross-sell and upsell a full suite of insurance and financial products
- Develop new business relationships and expand the client base
- Obtain or possess a Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Engage with clients to understand insurance needs for Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Business products
- Provide remarkable customer service, ensuring all clients receive timely responses and solutions
- Build rapport with existing clients to identify additional coverage opportunities through cross-selling
- Generate leads and develop new client relationships within the community
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and communications
- Collaborate with agency team members to achieve sales goals and deliver comprehensive service
- Participate in occasional weekend events to support community engagement and client outreach
- Competitive hourly base pay ($14.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and licensing)

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain shortly after hire

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Prior experience with State Farm or insurance sales is a plus, but not required
