Insurance Sales Representative (Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate leads through a variety of channels to build a robust client base
- Schedule appointments and conduct needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance solutions
- Market and promote a comprehensive suite of insurance products and services
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing follow-up support as required
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and support overall success

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses required (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proven sales experience in insurance or related fields (such as inside/outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
- Exceptional communication skills in written, verbal, and listening capacities
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask effectively and relate well to customers
