Responsibilities- Achieve new business production goals and objectives as set by the organization.
- Engage each customer interaction as an opportunity to cross-sell and up-sell a variety of insurance and financial products.
- Stay current with new insurance products, industry trends, and company offerings to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular follow-up phone calls and consistent communication.
- Act as a knowledgeable consultant for individuals, families, and businesses, assessing their insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options.
- Genuine willingness to learn, adapt, and be open to ongoing training and coaching.
- Strong proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and timely follow-up with clients and prospects.
- Well-developed problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.
- Successful background in sales, with a demonstrated drive to meet and exceed goals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven attitude.
- Possession of a Property and Casualty insurance license, or willingness to obtain one as required by state regulations.
