- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and agency objectives.
- Identify and pursue new service opportunities with both existing and potential clients, supporting agency growth and client retention.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty insurance license within 30 days of start date.
- Must be able to obtain Life & Health insurance license within 30 days of start date.
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical conduct in all professional activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and clear documentation.
- Ability to generate new leads, secure appointments, and develop business from a cold start using effective prospecting techniques.
- Strong enthusiasm for insurance and financial products, and a genuine belief in their positive impact on people's lives.
