Insurance Sales Representative Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join a leading State Farm Agency in Ceredo, WV. Experience in insurance is not required, as comprehensive training and support will be provided for the right candidate. Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health certifications, in accordance with state regulations.
Responsibilities- Develop and present insurance quotes to prospective clients, effectively explaining policy options and benefits.
- Close sales through persuasive communication and a thorough understanding of client needs.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely follow-ups and ongoing support.
- Engage in networking activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the agency's client base.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients, contributing to overall agency growth.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license and a Life & Health insurance license.
- Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products for clients' well-being.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Proven track record of reliability, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior.
