Key Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes tailored to individual client needs, conduct sales presentations, and close sales effectively.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Expand your professional network by developing ongoing relationships within the community and industry.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support, addressing questions, concerns, and service requests efficiently.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a daily commitment to achieving personal and team success.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, contributing to the agency’s growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Willingness and ability to obtain the MS Property & Casualty license within 30 days of the job offer.
- Willingness and ability to obtain the MS Life & Health license within 30 days of the job offer.
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.
- Strong belief in the importance of insurance and financial products in helping clients secure their futures.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior in all professional dealings.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to initiate contact and schedule appointments through proactive outreach, including cold calling.
