We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Insurance Sales Representative to join our team full-time in Gilbert, AZ. Key Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs and present sales proposals in a clear and professional manner.
- Close sales by understanding and addressing client concerns while providing excellent service.
- Establish and nurture client relationships, following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction and to identify opportunities for additional coverage.
- Engage in ongoing networking activities to generate new business prospects and expand your professional network.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support through various communication channels.
- Maintain a consistent and strong work ethic with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities for both existing and prospective clients, contributing to the overall growth of the agency.
Qualifications
- Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain one within a designated timeframe.
- Life & Health license or willingness to obtain as required.
- At least 1-2 years of prior sales experience is preferred, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities, are essential.
- Proven reliability, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct in previous employment or educational settings.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for the important role that insurance and financial products play in the lives of individuals and families.
- Ability to initiate contact and set appointments with potential clients, even from a cold start.
