Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes for prospective clients and present product options.
- Conduct sales presentations and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, following up as needed to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Actively participate in networking activities to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to both new and existing clients.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to work in-office, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
- Possession or ability to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Possession or ability to obtain a Life & Health insurance license.
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, with a demonstrated record of achieving sales goals and quotas.
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products in supporting clients' lives.
- Proven track record of dependability, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong ability to initiate new relationships and secure appointments, including cold calling as needed.
