Key Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes for prospective clients and present tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and close sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Establish and nurture client relationships by providing ongoing support and following up as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a network of professional contacts to enhance business development and referral opportunities.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success through proactive outreach and client engagement.
- Identify and develop new service and sales opportunities with both existing and new clients to drive business growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a Florida Customer Service 4-40 license.
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a Florida General Lines 2-20 license.
- Preferred: 1-2 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Strong enthusiasm for the role of insurance and financial products in individuals’ lives.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and a commitment to ethical behavior.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Ability to proactively generate leads, open doors, and secure appointments, including from cold starts.
