Key Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes for prospective clients and present tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct sales presentations and close sales on various insurance products, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance.
- Establish and nurture client relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Engage in ongoing networking to develop new business opportunities and expand the agency's client base.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to success each day.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients, promoting additional products and services as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license prior to start date.
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, with a demonstrated record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Strong enthusiasm for the value of insurance and financial products in clients' lives.
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to effectively initiate contact and schedule appointments from a cold start.
