Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, conduct effective sales presentations, and close sales with prospective and existing clients.
- Establish and maintain client relationships, ensuring proactive and ongoing communication and follow-up as necessary.
- Build and expand networking relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Uphold a strong work ethic with a continuous commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities for both existing and new clients to maximize agency growth.

- Base salary with additional commission for each policy produced, client review, and appointment set.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license prior to start date (training and reimbursement provided).
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and meeting quotas is required.
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products for individuals and families.
- Proven record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical conduct.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Confidence and skill in initiating client relationships and generating appointments from a cold start.
