Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes and conduct sales presentations to close new business
- Establish, build, and maintain client relationships with ongoing follow-up
- Engage in networking activities to generate new leads and expand your client base
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients regarding their insurance needs
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and consistent commitment to achieving sales goals
- Identify new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
Salary & Benefits
- Hourly wage plus monthly bonuses and commission structure
- Earning potential estimated between $50,000 and $70,000 annually

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical conduct
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Proven ability to initiate contact and secure appointments, even from a "cold start"
