Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and proactive communication.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, responding to inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing issues.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Florida 220 Agent License or 440 Customer Representative License required.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
