- Develop ongoing networking relationships with local small business professionals, such as real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and auto dealers, to expand referral opportunities and enhance agency visibility.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance products, policy changes, eligibility, coverage options, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- Identify and develop new financial service opportunities for both existing and prospective clients, supporting their long-term financial security.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license (required) to sell and service insurance products in compliance with state regulations.
- Life & Health license (preferred but not required), enhancing your ability to offer a broader suite of insurance solutions.
- 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred), ideally with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and belief in the value of insurance and financial products in helping clients achieve peace of mind and financial stability.
- Strong record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior in all professional interactions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills for effective client engagement and team collaboration.
