Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs and present options in a clear, compelling manner
- Effectively close sales and achieve or exceed established sales targets and quotas
- Establish and nurture lasting client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Build and maintain ongoing networking relationships within the community and with existing clients
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed efficiently

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (support provided as needed)
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, but not required

- Proven record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical conduct
