Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships, providing ongoing support and timely follow-ups as needed.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients to grow the client base.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, claims, billing, and other service needs.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about various insurance product options and help them make informed decisions.
- Prepare insurance quotes, present product information, and close sales transactions to meet or exceed established sales goals.
- Develop and maintain productive networking relationships to generate new business and referrals.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a daily commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent.
- Stay updated on product changes, technical developments, and industry trends through continuing education and training.
