Insurance Sales Representative - Summary
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop accurate insurance quotes for prospective clients and present policy options tailored to individual needs.
- Make sales presentations and close new business to meet or exceed established sales targets and quotas.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly support as needed.
- Engage in ongoing networking activities to generate new leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Foster a strong work ethic with a daily commitment to success and personal growth.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and potential clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license.
- Must be able to obtain Life & Health license.
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for helping people secure their financial futures through insurance and financial products.
- Proven trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
