You will establish and nurture strong client relationships, follow up as needed, and continuously seek new networking opportunities to expand your client base. Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients is a key aspect of this position, as is maintaining a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily success. By developing new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, you will help ensure ongoing client satisfaction and business growth.

This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay plus commissions, and generous paid time off for personal time and holidays. To thrive in this role, candidates should either possess or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health license. Candidates should have a proven record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior, along with excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and listening formats. The ability to generate appointments and build client relationships from a cold start is highly valued.
