Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

- Assess client requirements and present suitable property & casualty and life & health policies
- Ensure all sales and recommendations are compliant with state licensing and agency standards
- Handle confidential client information with discretion and integrity
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in agency management systems
- Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Active Life & Health insurance license required
- Multi-state insurance licensing preferred
- Prior experience with State Farm agency operations required
