Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop accurate insurance quotes and present tailored solutions to prospective clients
- Conduct sales presentations and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
- Establish and nurture lasting client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Engage in ongoing networking activities to generate new business opportunities
- Deliver prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable client support on a daily basis
- Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to personal and agency success
- Identify and develop new financial service opportunities for both existing and new clients

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty license (training provided)
- Must be able to obtain a Life & Health license (training provided)
- Experience in banking, hospitality, or high-end restaurant sales/service is preferred, but not required
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Ability to proactively generate leads and set appointments from a cold start
