Insurance Sales Representative - Summary- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients seeking insurance solutions
- Develop, present, and close insurance sales tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
- Contribute to a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment
- Develop insurance quotes and conduct sales presentations
- Close sales and ensure clients receive appropriate coverage
- Establish and maintain client relationships, following up as needed
- Engage in ongoing networking to generate new business opportunities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
- Base salary plus competitive commission program
- Bonus opportunities for licensed candidates or after obtaining required licenses

- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license within 30 days

- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or Vietnamese) are a plus
- Proven track record in meeting sales goals and quotas
