Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs
- Present and explain insurance options to potential and existing clients
- Close sales and achieve established sales targets and quotas
- Establish, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs
- Build and maintain a network of prospective clients through ongoing outreach
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support at all stages of the sales process
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with both existing and new clients

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license (required)
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health license (required)
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and quotas
