Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close sales to meet agency goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed
- Engage in consistent networking to establish new business and referral opportunities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service on a daily basis
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success and client satisfaction
- Identify and develop new financial services opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Ensure all client interactions comply with agency standards and regulatory requirements
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive hourly base pay ranging from $20 to $27, depending on experience
- Excellent bonus and commission structure with potential to earn an additional $10,000 to $15,000 annually based on performance

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual abilities in English/Mandarin or English/Spanish are preferred, supporting diverse client needs
- Willingness and ability to obtain Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (support provided for obtaining licenses)
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for the value of insurance and financial products in improving clients’ lives
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
