Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop customized insurance quotes for clients based on their needs and coverage requirements
- Present insurance solutions to prospective and existing clients, focusing on clear and effective communication
- Close sales and achieve or exceed established sales targets
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed
- Actively engage in networking activities to generate new business opportunities
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client service on a daily basis
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to success and continuous improvement
- Identify and develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred but not required
- Insurance sales experience and existing Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses are advantageous
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

- Licensing support: Agency assists in obtaining Property & Casualty license before start date and covers the cost of Life & Health license within the first 30 days
