Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop personalized insurance quotes for prospective and current clients
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and close insurance sales
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, following up as needed
- Network with local businesses and individuals to develop new business opportunities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients regarding their insurance policies
- Maintain high work ethic with a daily commitment to achieving sales targets and agency success
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000, dependent on experience
- Uncapped commission structure for unlimited earning potential
- 12 days of paid time off per year for personal, sick, or vacation use

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license
- Must be able to obtain Life & Health insurance license
- Bilingual abilities preferred, but not required
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
- Strong enthusiasm and understanding of the value of insurance and financial products
- Track record of dependability, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Proven ability to initiate contact and set appointments from a cold start
