Insurance Sales Representative - Summary
The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, presenting insurance and financial solutions to clients, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. You will become a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs and offering support for both new and existing policies. The role is full-time and includes opportunities for training, mentorship, and advancement within the agency.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales with new and existing clients.
- Establish and nurture client relationships, including regular follow-ups and proactive support.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts through ongoing community and professional networking efforts.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service on a daily basis.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to daily success and agency goals.
- Identify and pursue new financial service opportunities with both current and prospective clients.
- Provide assistance and support to clients regarding policy changes, claims, and general inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (assistance provided if not already licensed).
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (assistance provided if not already licensed).
