Insurance Sales Representative - Summary
- Develop and nurture client relationships by understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and comprehensive insurance quotes for clients.
- Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Close sales by guiding clients through the policy selection and application process.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing timely and friendly support as needed.
- Build and expand professional networks to increase business opportunities and referral sources.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Property & Casualty license required or must be able to obtain within 30 days of start date.
- Life & Health license required or must be able to obtain within 30 days of start date.
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
- Demonstrated successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products in clients' lives.
- Proven trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to effectively generate appointments from a cold start and excel at opening new business opportunities.
