Duties & Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients by effectively selling a range of insurance products, including Homeowners, Auto, Renters, and Life Insurance, as well as complementary coverage options
- Conduct thorough needs assessments over the phone to present clients with comprehensive insurance solutions
- Meet or exceed established new business production goals and objectives
- Foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Maintain all required insurance licenses in good standing and adhere to ethical industry standards
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must hold or be willing to obtain both General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life & Health insurance licenses
- Strong oral and written communication skills required

- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred, but not mandatory
