Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Contact existing leads and generate new prospects through telemarketing and networking.

- Develop insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales in line with agency goals.
- Establish and maintain ongoing client relationships, providing prompt and friendly support.
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and to identify new service opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Property & Casualty license (or willingness and ability to obtain as a condition of employment).
- Life & Health license (or ability to obtain).
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, with a proven record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Demonstrated dependability, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct in all professional interactions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to initiate and secure appointments from new leads, including cold calling.
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in supporting clients' lives.
