- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing follow-up and ongoing support as needed.
- Engage in networking activities to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain relevant state insurance licenses (e.g., FL 2-20 and FL 4-40 licenses).
- Prior experience in customer service and property/casualty insurance is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with Citizens and EasyLink systems is highly valued.
- Previous experience with State Farm is a plus.
- Bilingual language skills are preferred to better serve a diverse client base.
- Must reside within a commutable distance of the agency office.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills required.
