Insurance Sales Representative - Summary
The Insurance Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, developing insurance quotes, and helping clients find the policies that best suit their needs. This role involves presenting insurance products, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes for prospective clients based on their needs and circumstances.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations to inform clients about available insurance products.
- Close sales by providing expert guidance and support throughout the decision-making process.
- Establish and nurture client relationships, conducting follow-up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain ongoing networking relationships with individuals and organizations in the community.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a consistent commitment to achieving success each day.
- Identify and develop new financial service opportunities with both current and prospective clients.

- Early out at 3pm on Fridays, working 35.5 hours per week while being compensated for 40 hours.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (training and support provided).
- Must be able to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (training and support provided).
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and belief in the value of insurance and financial products in people’s lives.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Proven ability to initiate contact and secure appointments with prospective clients, even from a cold start.
