Insurance Sales Representative - Summary
- Serve as a primary client contact within the agency, focusing on insurance sales and client retention.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and educate clients on available insurance products.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and support as needed.
- Identify new service opportunities with both new and existing clients to grow the agency’s client base.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy updates, claims, transfers, and billing matters.
- Utilize a needs-based approach to educate clients about suitable insurance products and coverage solutions.
- Generate insurance quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close sales to achieve agency goals.
- Develop and maintain strong networking relationships to expand business opportunities.
