Duties & Responsibilities
- Quote new prospects and follow up to ensure all client needs are met
- Present and explain a full range of insurance products and benefits
- Handle leads generated by the agency and ensure timely follow-up
- Coordinate internal documentation and processes for client onboarding
- Keep agency leadership informed of opportunities and potential issues
- Work provided leads and create new opportunities through referrals and community engagement
- Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Utilize existing retention systems and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate the ability to independently manage daily operations within 90 days
- Consistently deliver positive client experiences and support agency growth goals

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license
- Ability to obtain Life & Health license
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated history of meeting sales goals and quotas
