Duties & Responsibilities
- Quote new insurance prospects and follow up to ensure timely service
- Deliver comprehensive State Farm benefits and solutions tailored to client needs
- Efficiently manage leads, documentation, and internal agency processes
- Communicate updates and opportunities to the agency owner
- Work agency-provided leads and generate new opportunities through referrals and community outreach
- Utilize retention systems and contribute fresh ideas for customer engagement
- Proactively identify and resolve client concerns, ensuring positive experiences
- Independently manage daily operations and support the agency’s overall success

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license
- Ability to obtain Life & Health license
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas

- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
