Insurance Sales Representative - Summary- Full-time opportunity within a top-producing State Farm agency
- Comprehensive training provided; no prior insurance experience required

- Quote new prospects and follow up to convert leads into clients
- Educate clients on the full range of State Farm insurance products and benefits
- Ensure all leads are handled efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate documentation and internal processes for sales and client service
- Keep agency leadership informed of potential issues and opportunities
- Work with provided leads and proactively generate new sales opportunities
- Utilize retention systems and contribute additional ideas for client retention
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Deliver consistently positive customer experiences
- Base salary plus commission structure
- Target annual compensation ranging from $65,000 to $80,000
