Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes tailored to clients' needs and present options effectively
- Close sales and assist clients in enrolling in appropriate insurance policies
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-up and exceptional service
- Engage in ongoing networking to expand client base and foster business relationships
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, providing friendly and knowledgeable support
- Identify new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success and agency goals

Qualifications & Requirements
- Willingness and ability to obtain Property & Casualty license
- Willingness and ability to obtain Life & Health license
- Prior sales experience (1-2 years preferred) with a proven record of meeting sales goals and quotas
- Prior experience with State Farm products is a plus, but not required
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to actively listen to clients
- Confidence in initiating contact and securing appointments with potential clients
